Who are we?

PosIQ provides practical and relevant customer engagement and relationship management tools for the restaurant and hospitality industry. PosIQ's software combines social, mobile and cloud tecnologies with existing POS systems to improve understanding of customer behavior and preferences and create opportunities for personalized communication with customers.

Information you provide:

We collect identifying information you provide when signing up for the Service. We collect your telephone number and may additionally collect information such as your first and last name, email address, mailing address, date of birth and gender.

Transaction Information

When you use our service to redeem offers or earn loyalty points, we collect information about where and when the transaction occurred and the details of the order.

Use Information

We collect information about how you use our Service, which may include telephone number, browser type, IP address and activity date and time.

This aggregated data contains no personally identifiable information whatsoever. We reserve the right to share this anonymous information with 3rd Parties for informational or other purposes.
